About this session
This training session will highlight the importance of promoting diversity in social work.
The session will delve into the crucial call for inclusive leadership and practices, whilst improving knowledge and skills around emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
The session will shine a spotlight on the Diversity Acrostic Poem (DAP); a unique, memorable, easy-to-use reflective model for working with diversity and developing cultural sensitivity in day-to-day practice.
